Meet our Student of the Month.
Sawyer was just named 1st grade Student of the Month. Here’s the journey that got him there.
Where It Started
Before he started care with us, this little dude was struggling every single day. His mom said he was anxious all the time, held grudges for days, couldn’t regulate himself at school, and was explosive at every little thing. School had become exhausting and stressful for everyone. Sawyer struggled to make friends, and going to new places was nearly impossible.
His parents were at a loss. They had tried everything aside from medication, and nothing seemed to work. They were exhausted and stressed, and they felt like they were failing him every single day.
The Turning Point
At their second appointment, Dr. Matt walked them through Sawyer’s neurological scans and connected the results to the behaviors they were seeing at home and at school. Mom was blown away.
“We no longer felt like we were crazy and had finally found the answer!”
They left that day full of hope.
The Changes
About two weeks into care, Sawyer started sleeping more soundly.
After two months, the family took a vacation, and Mom said it was the most stress-free vacation they’d had since Sawyer was born. He enjoyed every minute and did things that wouldn’t have been enjoyable, or even possible, before he started chiropractic care.
School is going so much better too. Mom used to get calls and texts from school several times a day. Now they’ve stopped. Sawyer is a much happier kiddo, and he smiles so much more than he used to.
Student of the Month
This fall, Sawyer was surprised with the 1st grade Student of the Month award in front of his whole school, and Dr. Matt got to be there cheering him on.
When she shared the news with us, his mom wrote:
“We never thought we’d be here, truly we weren’t sure we’d remain in regular school a couple years ago. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for your love and support for Sawyer and your part in his story!”

At the second, we’ll go through the scan results with you in detail and share a care plan made just for your child.
