Do I need a referral to begin chiropractic care?

No. You can start care without a referral, though many local providers do refer to us, and we’re always happy to collaborate with your healthcare team.

What are INSiGHT™ scans, and why do you use them?

INSiGHT scans measure nervous system function using gentle, noninvasive technology. They help us see how your body is handling stress, where imbalance exists, and what areas need support. This approach allows us to customize care based on objective data, not just symptoms.

How are babies and kids adjusted?

Gently and calmly. Adjustments for infants and children use light pressure (think: checking a tomato for ripeness). Every child is different, so how we adjust depends on their age, comfort level, and needs.

Does it hurt to get adjusted?

No. Most practice members describe adjustments as relieving, sometimes even relaxing. For adults with longstanding tension, there may be a tender spot or a brief moment of pressure. We’ll always explain what we’re doing and get your full approval before proceeding.

How long will I need to come for care?

That’s entirely up to you. Some people come for relief and stay for wellness. Others come for a specific concern and stop when they feel better. We’ll make our recommendations, but you’re always in control. Think of it like brushing your teeth—you do it because it works, not because someone makes you.

Does insurance cover care?

We accept insurance and will run a complimentary benefits check before your second visit. That way, you’ll know exactly what’s covered and what’s not; no surprise bills.
